re Texas Joint Agency-Agreement
I confirm my No. 2 and was glad to learn from the Texas Company, on the 4th instant, that they had received, on that day, a cable from you, signifying your acceptance of the Joint Agency-Agreement between the Texas Company, yourselves and my Company, as proposed by the Texas Company and me, your cable reading:
"have cabled Sanders: accept half share joint agreement, subject home partners agreeing"
which a few hours later was followed by your cable to me, reading:
"(refer your) letter January twenty-seventh, also Texas twenty-first, understand you agree: we you absolute half share Texas agreement.
(As to) our agreement, you must exclude indefinite binding clause, will pledge not approach (the Texas Company).
Telegraph confirmation, on receipt will accept, subject home partners agreeing.

and I propose telegraphing your London friends the gist of this cable, as they will be in receipt, in a day or two, of a letter by which I
