re Texas Joint Agency-Agreement

I confirm my No. 2 and was glad to learn from the Texas Com-

pany, on the 4th instant, that they had received, on that day, a cable

from you, signifying your acceptance of the Joint Agency-Agreement be-

tween the Texas Company, yourselves and my Company, as proposed by the

Texas Company and me, your cable reading:

"have cabled Sanders: accept half share joint agreement, ject home partners agreeing"

which a few hours later was followed by your cable to me, reading:

"{refer your) letter January twentyseventh, also Texas twenty. first, understand you agree: we you absolute half share Texas agree- ment.

(As to) our agreement, you must exclude indefinite binding clause, will pledge not approuch (the Texas Company).

Telegraph confirmation, on receipt will accept, subject home partners agreeing.
